Bittersweet Festival

October 2 - October 4

The City of Mount Vernon, KY is accepting applications for Food Trucks and Vendors for their 2025 Bittersweet Festival. The event will be held October 3-4, 2025 in downtown Mt. Vernon. Food Vendors are 20 feet long x 12 feet wide from street curb and are $100. If you need additional space, you will have to purchase an additional spot. Other vendors are 10 feet long x 12 feet wide from street curb and are $30 per space. Non-Profit Organizations are $15 per space. Applications are only available at Mt. Vernon City Hall or call 606-256-3437 between 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Payment by Cash or Money Order Only. No refunds for any reason.

Join us for the 2025 Bittersweet Festival on Main Street in downtown Mt. Vernon, Kentucky on October 2-4th. It is FREE to attend with fun activities such as car show, inflatables, parade, contests, craft vendors, live music, plane kiddie rides, razzmatazz ballistic swings, games, and more. Presented by the City of Mount Vernon and Mount Vernon – Rockcastle County Tourist Commission. Craft Vendor signups must contact City Hall at 606-256-3437 to register by September 25, 2025.
