Music In The Mountain

In 1941 John Lair presented his first live show and radio broadcast from inside Great Saltpetre Cave. Rockcastle Karst Conservatory once again brings music into the natural auditorium of historic Great Saltpetre Cave. The cave will be open from 10am-6pm with the show from 12:00pm-1:30pm. Food will also be available to purchase onsite. Tickets must be purchased in advance or online.

Jingle Bell 6K Run-Walk

Lace up your sneakers and grab your Santa hats for the 7th annual Jingle Bell 6K Run/Walk. Join us for good exercise and great fun in historic Renfro Valley. All proceeds from the event benefit the Miracle Fund which provides assistance to improve the quality of life of long-term care residents. The 6K walk will begin at 8:30 a.m. and the 6K run will begin at 9:00 a.m. with registration at 7:45 a.m.
